Yummy and a fun way to glam-up hot dogs! What's not to like? If cornichons are a little too much spice for ya, just eliminate, but I thought it was a nice touch. I made a Glam Hot Dog bar featuring the toppings for this recipe and fot the Po' Boy dogs and served beer and a frozen tequila limeade and had some kettle cooked chips on hand and everyone really enjoyed it.

Served these for Bastille Day. Awesome twist on America's favorite. If the other reviewer didn't like hot dogs, why try it? Not fair to give a recipe fewer stars because you don't like the main ingredient.

I tried this because I love Brie but I'm not a huge fan of hot dogs. I though maybe I would like them a little more. IT was just ok. It was on the heavy side and couldn't finish the hot dog. I don't think I would try it again.
