I made this corn salad for Thanksgiving last year and everyone in my family loved it! As soon as it was passed around the table it was gone!! This year I'll have to make 2 batches to satisfy everyone. It's easy to make and great for Thanksgiving because it is so fresh. It's really delicious and I just love it!

Excellent. I substituted red wine vinegar because that's what I had on hand. I did char the corn on the stove for a few minutes. Then it was easier to cut off the kernels.

Great recipe. Easy, delicious and light for a summer dinner. My pre-schooler enjoyed it too! I added the juice of one lemon for a citrus flavor. Wonderful! Highly recommended & will definitely make this again!

I enjoyed this dish very much, as well as many of my guests! The only thing I did different was added some crushed garlic. Definitely gave it a nice flavor and complimented the other ingredients. As I read earlier, I too brought it to a BBQ and it definitely was a crowd pleaser. Instead of fresh corn, I used frozen corn but to me it seemed almost the same. Definitely a keeper!

If your a corn fan like me you have to make this! Its simple to make and a crowd pleaser! I brought this to a barbeque and got tons of compliments and requests for the recipe. The recipe calls for corn of the cob which can be time consuming to cut it off the cob.A shorter version which i've used several times and is just as good is buy the Birds Eye Steam fresh corn in the freezer section it tastes really good better than other brandsl. Two bags are perfect the perfect amount.Enoy!

Grabbed corn from a local farmer, tomatoes and herbs from my garden and presto! It is sooo good. I used pecorino instead of mozz.

I loved this recipe, but I made a number of changes. I cooked the corn, didn't add the cheese, and used a mixture of beefsteak and cherry tomatoes. It is delicious and a definite do over.
