This salad is wonderful, and you will get rave reviews!!! Only drawback, is that it probably should only be made in the late summer months when the corn and tomatoes are at their peak. I wish it could be made all year around. Every time I make this, everyone asks for the recipe.

I have made this summer recipe for a BBQ, family camping trip and for a dinner party this summer - it has been a hit with everyone I serve it to. I have been asked for this recipe every time, and am happy to share! People can't believe how yummy the raw corn is. In a pinch I substitute the homemade dressing for lite balsamic vinagrette.

I make this frequently. Frequently asked to share the recipe. I roast the ears of corn in their husks for 350 in a convection oven for 15 minutes first. Easier to remove silk, and gives a sweet carmelization to the corn.

What a tasty recipe! Very easy to make, and you don't have to cook a thing! I use both white wine and balsamic vinegar in the recipe and it is fabulous. It is a great, fast and easy summer salad that my guests and family love!

Everyone in the family loves this salad, from young to old. The flavors blend incredibly well together. This might be the the best outdoor picnic/patio salad every devised. Indoor or out, it's great and very easy to make.

A dear friend prepared this for us late
last summer, and it was absolutely fantastic. I can't wait for vine ripened local tomatoes, sweet corn, and basil from my garden.
This recipe is a snap to prepare!!
