How else can you describe something that is the best of summer? Brillantly beautiful and perfect for the taste-buds in everyway. Can't wait for next summer!

This recipe is the best of fresh summer produce. I made it after seeing the recipe and making a trip to the farmer's market. After making my own mozzarella cheese from mozzarella curd, this recipe can't get any fresher. Quick, easy and incredibly delicious!!

This recipe looked so good on paper, but didn't taste good at all! Way too salty and the vinegar made the cheese taste funny. I'd skip the salt, oil, and vinegar and just mix the corn, tomato, and cheese with some herbs. Wouldn't recommend.

I feel that this is such a refreshing salad, that would be good any time of the year. I served it with brautwurst and hot roast beef sandwitches, it was fabulous.

I was initally a little concerned about the 'raw' corn, but it was so good! Leftovers the next day were acceptable, but tasted best the night before. Try this recipe if you like basil.

Excellent easy to fix salad. I tried to add taste in the fprm of sliced celery and it was better without it.

I made this salad with about 6 different types (and colors of heirloom cherry tomatoes and it was quite a beautiful and tasty dish. The fresh corn was an unexpected pleasure. I'm going to try this with frozen corn for an experiment. The corn got rave reviews from my wife. Almost good as a healthy dessert :-
