Bar none the best fish and chips I've ever had, or made. I lived in Ireland and they would be proud! The batter is so light and flaky, and the smashed chips are divine, so easy and much more flavor that fries. I love how the skins crisp.

This was truly one of the best fish and chips I've had in a long time. I used an American amber ale for the batter and haddock for the fish and followed the recipe. It was super easy and very flavorful.

This made the best Fried Fish I've ever had. We also used it ti fry up some vegies abd they came out wonderful. Not so fond of thre smashed potatoes but, I think that was a user problem. I recommend trying this and letting it stand as long as you can. Because it is so worth it.
