This was the best fried green tomatoes I have ever eaten. I think the trick was marinating the green tomatoes. Of course the sauce was awesome. I made more sauce and use it on other sandwiches. Used tomatoes out of my garden. Making again this weekend!

This was my first fried green tomato sandwich, and it was delicious! The sauce was spicy from the green hot sauce I used, but so good, I love spicy. The tomatoes had a great flavor. I used a good locally made Italian bread. I will definitely be making these again.
