Good recipe for adding your own things. I used lots of leftovers from the fridge. Worthy of repeating.

Like a lot of reviewers I didn't follow the recipe exactly, but using the ratios of rice/protein/veg provide an easy template to use the ingredients you want or are trying to use up. Worked great to creatively use up left over Easter Ham.

The flavors here a good but I like my fried rice less dry. Usually I add the beaten eggs at the last minute for a wetter dish. Next time I won't make the egg pancake but just scramble the eggs into the other ingredients.

A great basic recipe. I substituted a bit to accommodate my personal tastes. Instead of the ham, I used a spicy gator sausage. I skipped the soy and ginger and used some good hot sauce and and a LOT of aromatics; celery, green pepper, and white onion along with a healthy dose of garlic and black pepper. I added some tomatoes and some shredded chicken that I had in the refrigerator. It was delicious!

I 86'd the mushrooms, my husband won't eat them, and added shredded cabbag. This was my first try on fried rice and I was pleased. I'm sure that this dish will only improve after practice and tweaking. I recommend it for other first timers.

I thought I'd have enough for the five of us !! next time I will double the recipe. My three daughters couldn't put their spoon down and my six year old wanted me to make more. It is easy, quick and delicious !! The only thing I didn't have was fresh ginger, so I used powdered instead ... still great !! You can't go wrong with this recipe !!

I had baby bellas in thefridge and used those instead, turned out fantastic!! I like a stronger soy sauce taste so added a tbsp more. Great recipe!

The best fried rice I've ever had! Much better than I've had at any asian restaurant. The secret is definately the ginger that gives this dish an extra zing without overpowering it. Don't skip the ginger when making this!
