    Especially when you finish this off with a spash of soy sauce and a sprinkling of sesame oil. To me, without the addition of the soy sauce and sesame oil, the fried rice is just okay (hence, just 4 stars.

    This was much, much better than the soy sauce laden fried rice you get in most restaurants. I added some shrimp that I had marinated in garlic and ginger. My husband loved it and asked if I'd be willing to make it for a pot luck at work for 20!
