This recipe is delicious as is - probably the best smoothie I've ever made at home.
Now when I make it, I eliminate the milk all together and do not miss it at all. I use 1 teaspoon of honey, and nonfat plain greek yogurt. My favorite combo so far has been 1/2 strawberries and 1/2 mixed berries. SO good.

Yummy and super easy to make. My fruit wasn't frozen so I added a little ice to thicken it. Shared it with co-workers. Everyone loved it.

This smoothie was delicious and so filling! I've made smoothies before and they've usually left me still craving carbs, but this one really helped to curb my appetite because it was so thick and creamy. I'll definitely be making this instead of reaching for carbs!

Delicious! I only had frozen mango so I just used mangos, left out the honey for my 8 month old and added a little extra orange juice. Glad this recipe was posted!

Our favorite smoothie recipe so far! My 8 and 4 year old boys love these for dinner on hot summer nights, with a side of pita or flatbread to gnaw on. We use greek yogurt for the high protein content (2% fat, not the non-fat kind. Next time I'll try adding the Chia seeds I found at Trader Joe's.
