    Delicious thats all I can say! I added the whipped cream after the pumpking filling was frozen then I froze it again! I made it last night and I am making it again for another Christmas party. I also used a little extra crust, because I love ginger snap crust! Again Delicious!

    I made a few changes based on what I had on hand...I used vanilla ice cream instead of frozen yogurt. For the whipped topping I just used whipping cream whipped up with a little powdered sugar, vanilla, and pure maple syrup. I love ginger snaps but thought it was a little overpowering flavor, so next time I'll do a graham crust. It was GREAT and I plan to make again for sure!
