Great as-is for a crowd at a potluck, but personally I like a little more zip. I think next time I will try some of the suggestions here to add sun-dried tomatoes, olives, pine nuts, etc... Be sure to use a BIG bowl so you can give it all a good toss before serving. Overall it is an excellent alternative to tired old pasta salad!

Make a double recipe of this delicious salad because it goes fast!
I didn't add as much argula as the recipe called for, and threw in
some halved black olives (we love olives around here!.
Have already given out the recipe four times since July 4th!!

This pasta salad is just fabulous! I have made it for SEVERAL potlucks and get-togethers and I always get compliments on it. The bowl is always empty when it's time to go home!
I add the feta and arugula right into the pasta salad instead of just adding it on top later.

This was so refreshing! I cut the recipe in half for testing and wished I'd made the whole batch. I substituted the feta for parmesean so people could add it if they wished (daughter is vegetarian and added the fresh arugula as I served it because the recipe said to add it at the last minute. Great side salad for a barbeque!

good recipe, made a few modifications. used sundried tomatoes instead of fresh, white balsamic vinegar instead of white wine vinegar, and added toasted pine nuts. needed a bit more dressing than recipe calls for, although we used whole wheat pasta which may have made salad a bit drier. very, very tasty!

It seemed like it needed a bit of sweetness added to it. It was sour and not a well rounded taste.

This was very good. I was wanting something to serve for a summer outdoor party and it was a hit. I added black olives and capers. A keeper.
