    The recipe was excellent but honestly you didn't need the apples at all. Waste of time and money. It was wonderful with just the glaze.

    I followed the suggestion of the previous reviewer and just used a couple tablespoons of mustard. I increased the apple butter to a cup. With that modification it came out just great.

    This sounded amazing to me. I am so happy I tasted it before I almost ruined a whole ham. I feel like there is an error or something because it was terrible. Way too much dijon. That is all I could taste. Very strong and bitter. I would never have risked putting this on my ham in hopes that it would taste good. Ended up doing the apple butter, brown sugar and vinegar and it was great.
