Directions

Combine 1 pound frozen pearl onions, 1 cup chicken broth and 2 tablespoons each molasses, cider vinegar and butter in a skillet; season with salt and pepper. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until reduced to a glaze, about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.

    These were super easy to make. I made no changes to the recipe (except to double it and served them with our Thanksgiving turkey. I used two bags of frozen pearl onions and double the rest of the ingredients. I made them a day in advance and reheated them. They were fantastic! They looked much browner than the photo here. These would be fabulous with a beef recipe.

    this recipe was a 4 star for me until i ate them the next day. they were so good leftover!! so therefore i believe this is a 5 star. such a nice and easy way to use delicious pearl onions without creaming them. awesome side dish!

    Love this recipe!! I could eat these with every meal. Not too sweet...and they make a great side dish with just about any meal. Quick and easy to make as well!!
