Personally I found the butter taste to be too strong. The scallions do add a nice touch.

Delicious and so simple to prepare. I used about 1/2 T. sugar. Crisp and tasty!

Very simple and tasty dish. I added sliced button mushrooms and reduced slightly the amount of water to compensate. Also added a dash of sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste. A definite keeper!
