Definitely good comfort food, and versatile, I did it all in a big iron skillet and managed to get the gnocchi in a single layer so each one got some nice browning, mmm...

So Good, wonder if you cut out salt and use pancetta if that would be good too. But yes, was made perfectly no problem

I loved this recipe... however, my gnocchi were a tad too soft for my liking. I think I would cook them separately next time (and al dente and just toss in the mix before toasting in the oven.

This was recipe was good, but it needed something "sweet". I added some cubed ham to it and it seemed to add the sweetness to the savory flavor to the recipe. Maybe next time I would leave off the cheese and add a little heavy cream or half and half.

We loved this recipe. I used swiss chard and cheese tortellini and rubbed sage because that's what I had on hand. This will be perfect for the vegetarians in the family, very filling and great to look at. I used a full can of broth and added extra squash. Because I used tortellini, I cooked them alone to make sure they were done and then added to the dish. Will definitely make this again.

This recipe is really good!!! We grow a lot of kale and butternut squash so we have this often.

I was so excited by all the reviews for this, but I found it to be so bland and just missing something. I could see maybe adding some spicy Italian sausage or something to make it more interesting, but this was just lacking in flavor. We didn't even keep the leftovers.

Gnocchi with Butternut Squash and Kale is lovely to gaze upon, pretty easy, and incorporates all kinds of good-for-you things. If it sounds at all appealing to you, try it! Much richer taste than you'd imagine, given the ingredients. Only subs I made were thyme for sage (didn't have sage and veg broth for chicken broth.I did a wee bit less on pepper flakes and it gave a little bite, but not too, too much. Altogether, lovely dinner!
