INCREDIBLE! Got this recipe from the FN Magazine, and it looked delicious. We subbed rainbow chard in for the kale and it tasted great to us. I'm guessing you could use any kind of leafy green in this dish, even broccoli. The flavors were amazing! We added more squash than called for because we bought such a good one, and we even added some sunflower seeds at the end for a little crunch! This is now one of our go-to pasta dishes! Must try!! Great for vegetarians too (just use the water instead of chicken broth

OM Goodness!! This was an awesome side dish to our grilled chicken. Very autumn like and not heavy, not hard to make, great side dish alternative to rice or potatoes!!!

Wow! Loved it! Had to make substitutions but delicious all the same. Easy, quick and healthy. Carnivore hubby loved it, too, and he didn't even notice there was no meat. He asked me when I was making it again. Perfect autumn meal.

This was the first time I cooked with kale. It was SOOOO delicious. It's a perfect fall dinner. I did end up making my gnocchi from scratch mostly because I couldn't find it in the store, but also because it's really quite easy to make (and you can freeze it up to 1 month. I did this the day before so putting it all together was quick. All the flavors work really well together. I'll definitely be making this again!

So easy and so delicious. Used swiss chard instead of kale. Added bacon...go easy on the salt.

I knew I would like this, but my 7, 5, and 3yo kids, and my husband loved it too. I used frozen gnocchi (the kind that cooks in 5 minutes. It was delicious. This will be a regular meal for us.

By and far one of the best recipes on this website....fantastic...I added a small amount of diced pancetta to the squash while it was browning otherwise didn't change a thing. Just delicious!!
