So easy and very delicious. I love shallots and I love green beans, so this was right up my alley. I did use butter instead of olive oil as that is what I prefer. A+

Made these for Easter dinner and everyone raved about them saying they were the best green beans they had ever eaten. Even the pickiest eaters went back for seconds. So easy, yet so very delicious!

These are the best green beans. I served them to dinner guests and it was a hit. Who knew green beans could taste so good

Just follow the directions and enjoy. Great side for a prime rib holiday dinner with little effort. Remember to get the green beans prepared earlier and then the quickest hot side you can get- without a microwave! I steamed mine in a double boiler, ran under cold water and that was enough, Do dry them before adding to the hot oil and shallots. I also fixed Emeril's twice baked potato casserole and a salad. Just fabulous!

I made these for Thanksgiving and they were amazing! The best part, is that you cook the beans ahead of time and then just heat them up in the shallot and oil mixture right before you eat. Delicious.
