Goes great with so many things! Try the dip with veggies, pita chips, even as a spread for sandwiches. Use your imagination!

The Green Goddess Dip was absolutely wonderful! Such a nice and fresh tast with the fresh herbs. I used 1/2 cup fresh dill and 1/2 cup Italian parsley and 1/2 tsp. dried tarragon. Prepared the grilled shrimp, next time I'll poach the shrimp instead which will give them a different texture. I agree with another review that adding a little buttermilk would make this a delicious salad dressing - a great idea since the recipie makes a generous amount of dip. This is a keeper!

I just made this on the grill Saturday night and it was amazing. Have other friends for dinner this week and I am going to make it again. I did grill the shrimp with a little olive oil, salt and pepper. It was very simple but very good. We all loved the green goddess!

This dressing gets so many comments when I make it, like "can I eat it with a spoon?" You can use any herbs you have on hand. I just used parsley and dill and it was fabulous. The shimp needs nothing but the oil s&p to bring out the true flavor. This is a keeper.

this recipe was a little 'flat'. I thought it would have a zing.
I'd try adding more anchovies and garlic.

I thinned out the dip with some buttermilk and ended up a perfect Green Goddess salad dressing. I used it to dress a greens salad that I topped with the shrimp. Yum.

If you are looking for a nice change in the grilled shrimp selection, this would be the one.
