Great receipt, I used anchovy paste the flavor gets more intense if you leave it set for a couple of days. Day one it was good but after two days it was super.

I liked the dressing. Instead of sour cream (as I was out I used plain yogurt and just a little bit more lemon juice. I also threw in some fresh oregano, as I had some in my herb garden and I thought it turned out great. Also put several cloves of garlic in instead of anchovies, as I am a garlic fiend.

Very good. Used it on greens with crab cakes, tomatos and avocado for a lite dinner. Very good! Great on the crab cakes, too.

My family loved this dressing. I used anchovie paste for less waste of those ucky little fish I don't like, but want the flavor in certain foods.
