Directions
Preheat a grill to medium. Halve 1 pound bok choy lengthwise; microwave, covered, 3 to 5 minutes. I actually cooked up something like this last night, and just did a search, and was amazed at how similar ours were: I used 2 baby bok choy, each leaf separated and cleaned. Then I used 4 T chili garlic sauce, 1 T each vinegar, brown sugar, golden mountain sauce (I kind of soy and toasted sesame oil. Really delicious! I didn't steam 'em, just cooked 'em on the grill!

I really liked the bok choy prepared this way. It a great change from the normal side dishes. I paired it with the asian bbq chicken from the same issue in the magazine. It's not too sweet. I think next time I'll microwave it a little less time so it can stay on the grill longer to get more of the char and grill marks.
