This turned out to be "breadcrumb salad". I had all the right measurements, but being in a hurry, added all the breadcrumbs without thinking about it, which was a mistake... I will make it again, but be sure to put a small portion of the breadcrumbs on to start.

for this salad I calculated each ingredient's calories and added a total of over 1,500 calories..is that so? Olive Oil gave me over 350 cals alone!!

I love this salad! This is definitely going in the "repeat meals". The dressing was awesome. It reminded me of my favorite bottled sun dried tomato dressing but 10 times better. I love the crispy bread crumbs idea, too. It really completes the whole thing. I used half Italian style bread crumbs and half homemade bread crumbs (didn't have a whole cup of either and it turned out beautifully. I can't wait to have it again!

This salad was so delicious and such a huge hit at my house, even my five year old who doesn't eat salad loved it! It is super simple and easy to remember so I made it for my sister-in-law and her husband while we were visiting, they both loved it and she wanted to recipe so she could make it for her friends. I will definitely make this again!

Most expensive item(s were the sundried tomatoes and the chicken breasts. I used "italian" breadcrumbs because that's what I had on hand. Excellent flavor and felt like I was eating very healthy for all the flavor involved. You could go easy on the salt if you wanted thanks to the savory ingredients!

As the previous two reviewer, I, too, used panko breadcrumbs for this as I always have it on hand. I was a skeptic about the "tomato suace" dressing, but it was fantastic. It definitely goes so well and completes that "Chicken Parm" flavor you get with this dish with less hassle than the real thing (and way healthier. I have already sent the link to my friends at work :-

Like the previous reviewer, I used panko breadcrumbs because it was what I had on hand. I used thinly sliced chicken breasts (found them that way at the meat counter and figured I could save myself some prep time. The delicious salad dressing strongly reminds me of bruschetta. Fresh mozzarella was a welcome addition. All the ingredients are easily obtainable. I can really see us enjoying this salad again and again.

Sometimes you read a recipe and you know it's going to be great--this is one of those recipes! I just received my magazine two days ago and just had to make this for dinner. I followed all the ingredients to a tee except I used three chicken breasts instead of two. I used freshly grated Parmesan cheese and Panko breadcrumbs. The dressing in and of itself was incredible!! My whole family loved it and my husband said I could make this every night!! This is a keeper!!! Thanks!
