This recipe is DELICIOUS! Sounds a bit odd, but really is good. The most tender pork I have ever had. My kids even loved it and my daughter is picky! The slaw is amazing... and I usually don't like slaw.

Easy and good! For apartment-bound urbanites, this turned out great under a gas broiler, although I'm sure it would be even better on the grill. The yogurt really helped keep the pork moist, and didn't dampen the kick of the bbq sauce as much as I expected. For the slaw, I used three ears of corn and about 4 tbs cilantro, which seemed about right.
