I thought I'd give this a try since I've always made guacamole without an official recipe, but my own version is much preferred. Not bad if you've never made it before!

So quick and easy. I add a little more garlic and let it chill! Fresh tomatoes are yummier and I wouldn't add water to thin it out because its so deliciously thick.

I have been using this recipe as it's by far the most stripped down, and therefore the cleanest of the guacamole recipes I've tried. I don't know if this the case everywhere, but the jalapenos I'm able to get vary wildly in heat, so you have to taste as you go.
