Very easy to prepare. Looks professionally done. Very, Very tasty! A couple of our family who don't eat meat very often absolutely loved this pork dinner! Served with parsley and garlic buttered mashed potatoes and fresh onion and garlic stir fried green beans! Fantastic meal! We are saving this recipe for our Christmas dinner when everyone is home!

Delicious! The panko and herb with mustard sauce is scrumptious. I mixed dijon and pommery mustards and the fresh herbs compliment the loin. Garlic heads were dry but all in all - an economical tasty meal - will make this again.

I made it exactly as instructed, and it tuned out very moist and flavorful. My only complaint was that the garlic heads were dry and the amount of sauce made was totally insufficient; hence the four stars. So don't count on those two components to make the dish. Next time I may wrap the garlic in foil with a little olive oil and make way more sauce.

I've made this several times and have never been disappointed. It makes supper seem special and is an elegant, yet easy, dish to serve to guests.

This was a great hit that tasted wonderful with the garlic creamed new potatoes I also served. I added just a bit of cumin, and cayenne pepper along with the kosher salt and black pepper. Other than that, I followed the recipe. Definitely worth repeating

This was really quite tasty. I didn't have any of the fresh spices, but I allotted the difference between fresh & dried, and it turned out great. I'm sure fresh could have been even better, but dried worked just fine. My husband also thought it great, which made it a hit in our house! I will cook again.

This was delicious. Moist and flavorful. This cut of meat is inexpensive so I am always looking for new ways to prepare it. The sauce really made it. I cooked it in my cast iron pan in my gas grill. Served it with roast potatoes and grilled squash. Definitely will make it again!

Very good! The meat was cooked perfectly, left slightly pink, so tender and delicious with the breadcrumbs! The recipe was a bit of an effort the first time around, but I feel the next time I make it will be a piece of cake! I rolled the pork in the bread crumbs and piled some of the extra on top before putting in the oven. I still had enough left over to use on another dinner which I plan to, they were so yummy!

I made this dish with the Garlic-Rosemay Mushrooms (another recipe found on the food network, the two dishes complimented each other nicely. I also roasted a few red potatoes with rosemary as well. I tried to do this at the same time with the pork, but the oven is not hot enough to cook the potatoes, so ended up popping them in the mic for a few at the very end, still tasted great!

    Highly recommend!
