    Excellent! I highly recommend this recipe!
    I did everything except step 4 and it was perfectly cooked. I did add minced onion to the breading ingredients and loved it. Great job!

    I found this recipe and made. It was eaten completely by my family with no leftovers. I did run into one small problem. I basted with mustard but did have a hard time keeping the bread crumb mixture on. Any suggestions? Overall this is going in my recipe box!

    This is a bit more complicated that I'm used to, but well worth the effort. I ended up with a lot of extra panko mixture though.
