    I've had tastier soups, but a nice chicken broth soup is always a healthy choice for dinner. And it's very simple to make.

    i loved the way some of the vegetables in soup were cook completely and soft and added flavor to the soup, yet others were added in the end and provided a little crunchiness

    I was hoping for something better in this soup, especially considering the cost of the fresh herbs and asparagus. My regular chicken soup is much better, will stick to that one instead. I'm still looking for a chicken herb soup like the one I had a few years back at the Jordan Pond House on Mount Desert Island, Maine (Bar Harbor. That was the best darn chicken soup I've ever had the pleasure to eat.
