These were delicious and so easy to prepare. Nice change from regular burgers. One small change--I didn't have scallions on hand so I substituted a sliced Vidalia, which worked wonderfully.

We enjoyed the flavor of this, but found the grilled scallions to be hard to eat, even when cut into 4" pieces. The Sriracha mayo was definitely delicious, however and not too hot. I suggest being liberal with the hoisin brushing.

Super tasty! The sriracha did not over power at all so don't worry about adding too much unless you want more spice. The flavor combinations in this burger were excellent!

This burger recipe is different and delicious! I love the cucumber slices, they add some freshness and crisp. The sriracha with mayo was fantastic. It gave the burger an extra zing. Definitely different from your normal burger!
