    First time doing pork chops. Easy recipe. Family went crazy over it. Only thing I think I will do next time is allow the pork chop sit in the marinade longer.

    This was the first time my kids have liked pork chops. They stayed so moist. Loved the marinade. Super easy.

    This recipe was fantastic!! Full of flavor and my son loved it!! I don't really like pork but my son kept insisting that I try it, so I did and I have never enjoyed a pork chop so much! Thank you!! This will be a new go to for a delicious, quick and easy meal!

    I made the pork chops with a regular sweet potato yesterday. While easy to make, it was nothing special. The pork chops do come out tender though and not dry...
