This dish is amazingly good! It's quick and easy while still letting you feel like a master chef! I think the fish is missing a little something to put it over the edge (not sure what that something is right now, but overall this recipe is a definite keeper.

This was delicious although I made a few changes... I baked the salmon at 425 for about 10 minutes instead of broiling, as I didn't wat my salmon to dry out. I also only had regular sesame seeds on hand, not black sesame seeds, but it didn't make much of a difference.. Instead of serving the salmon with edamame, I sautéed spinach in a little bit of sesame oil until just wilted. I also served udon noodles sprinkled with a little low sodium soy sauce... Absolutely a delicious Asian inspired meal!!

The salmon was really delicious, it was very much asian inspired. The stuffing was a little rich, but it was very tasty. The edamame is pretty fattening, but it tastes so good. The fish is a little dry, but just make extra glaze and put it on. Overall, it was very delicious and I would definietly make this recipe again it was absolutley worth it, and my family and I all loved it!

Loved, loved, LOVED this recipe! I made it for my husband for Valentines day using the broil setting on our oven (Canadian winter has put our BBQ on hiatus and it tasted wonderful. Only use fresh salmon and the fish was ready when it flaked with a touch of a fork. I even bought the pre cooked edamame to go with it and it was an easy and tasty pairing.

Delicious! By far this is the way I love my salmon done. Loved by family as well, served with 4 bean relish by GUY F, stuffed clam, side of barley

Great recipe and easy enough to improvise if you don't have all the right tools (I don't have a brush so used a small spoon to pour/distribute on top of the fish. I also appreciate the fact that it doesn't require ingredients that you'll never use again. There is not too much prep, and you can always switch the edamame to something else if you don't normally cook with it. It isn't overwhelmingly flavorful, but what do you expect when it takes less than 30 minutes to prepare it?

Good base recipe. Missing something...I really think it could benefit from...but, what I don't know at this moment.
I will use and keep this as a base to build upon.
It gives a very nice flavor and produces a really good moist fish. Worth trying especially if you are a tad on the flavor shy side.

I think this would be better with teriyaki rather than soy sauce, the taste was bland, just salty. other than that it was good with the cilantro and scallions stuffed inside.

WOW this is an awesome fish recipe! Stuffing the herbs in helps the entire salmon get saturated in the flavor, it tasted so buttery and delicious! The sauce compliments very nicely too. I made this with cous cous and roasted brussels sprouts. It leaves you feeling good about what you just ate because it's so healthy/filling/flavorful and you don't need much of it!
