I really wanted to like this, but I didn't! Husband thought it was okay, but not good. The sauce was so thin...it didn't seem to flavor the fish much. I'll be trying Ina's Asian salmon next time.

Delicious. We eat salmon once a week and are always looking for new recipes; this recipe was a hit both with the adults and kids.

I am not really a big fan of salmon but this recipe made me clean my plate! I just bought a two pack of salmon fillets for it. It was just enough. Fast to cook and came out super moist. Fresh ginger is the key to this recipe.

Very good sauce! Added some white sugar and ginger to the sauce, and cooked the fish in the broiler w/a good amount of the sauce and basted at least four times!

Delicious and very easy. I made this for myself for lunch, so I only used two salmon fillets and I saved the second one (and halved the recipe. Per someone else's suggestion I made double the glaze (or in this case, I just didn't half it and it was very good! Plus the salmon was moist. I hope it reheats well too!

This was really easy and the fresh flavor of the cilantro embedded in the fish was great. The glaze was easy to do under the broiler.
