my whole family loved this....from my 2 year old to my teenagers and husband. the only difference i did with teh recipe was that i was using COSTCO frozen salmon so i put the marinade sauce over it after i had cooked on one side, then a few minutes before it was done i put the cilantro mixture on top and it was great......had rice on the side with the edamame

If I could give this 10 stars I would, u must have a center cut piece for this or it will dry out with the broiler method, oh and I doubled the sauce! AMAZING, easy, and yummy!

This is a great recipe -- will definitely make again! The only thing I changed was the quantity - I doubled the stuffing and the sauce.

Delicious! I followed the recipe exactly. The basting sauce does burn in the broiler so definitely need to use foil over the baking sheet. As a side dish, I tossed soba noodles with the edamame and mixed in a lemon-ginger dressing, which was also great! Yum, can't wait to make it again!

Yummy and easy. BUT I would double the amount of sauce called for, if I make this again. There was barely anything to baste with so it was a bit dry. I like lots of sauce though.

I made this salmon tonight and it was the best I've made. I omitted the cilantro.

Wow! I have been looking for a new way to make salmon and this fit the bill. My guest said it could have been served in a restaurant. It is a keeper.

This was so easy to make and was fantastic. My 12 year old son now says that this is his favorite way to make Salmon. It is so flavorful. This will be a staple in our household.
