I made this for Christmas and everyone just loved it. I did make some substitutions which may make it taste less like beans. Oddly enough, I used the whole 14 oz can of beans (which may be 3/4 cup, but I honestly didnt measure it, and then used all 8 oz (one package of Neufchatel cream cheese. I also put 3/4 cup of mozzerella cheese into the dip and then a sprinkle on top. I didn't use the basil as suggested, because it is a strong taste and I didnt think it would go. It was delicious and was gone before anything else. Definitely a crowd pleaser.

I made this for a holiday party and it turned out great. I think the reviews that said it was runny did not press the spinach and artichoke enough. It was creamy and delicious. One of the best low cal appetizer recipes I've tasted.

We made this for a party, and it was a hit - everyone asked for the recipe! Love the addition of the cannellini beans and basil, and it's so much more flavorful and less heavy/greasy than traditional spinach artichoke dips. Will definitely make this one again!

This dip was runny and way too salty, just awful. We ended up throwing it away. Do these guys even test these recipes???? UGH.

I was very excited to make this recipe when I saw it in Food Network Magazine, but I didn't care for it. I loved the idea of using cannelini beans, but I I didn't like the way the flavors blended.
