    This cake was amazing! I followed the recipe as is, and it turned out wonderful. It was a big hit on Mother's Day. I might add more pineapple because you could barely taste it.

    I made this cake yesterday for family get together and every one loves it. I followed the recipe everything except I baked it in a bunt pan and for frosting I used 3 oz less cream cheese and 1/2 cup less powder sugar. It's sooo good!

    I baked this cake for mother's day and my family loved it!! it's so good & easy to make, the combination of banas & pineapple its great. I will definitely keep making this cake. 5 stars

    I made this for Mother's Day / Husband's Birthday Cake. It was amazing!! I did cut back to 1 1/2 cups of sugar in the icing, much better. The zest is a very refreshing taste. The cake is moist and so flavorful. It was a big hit, had to give the recipe to everyone,

    This cake was wonderful! The icing is fantastic. I am not a fan of carrot cake and was hesitant to make this since I am not a fan, but am so glad I did. All the ingredients compliment each other so well. I made two-one for my mom and one for my mother in law and they were both very happy mommas at the end of the day :-

    I made this cake for mother's day for my mom and aunt (well, the entire family, it was a huge hit. The lemon zest is wonderful in the frosting.

    I made this cake for the first time on friday. It was an instant hit. I like to toast the chopped pecans and also press therm into the cake once it's frosted. It makes for a more impressive appearance!

    I made this cake on Friday and we LOVE it. I didn't care for the icing so much at first but my husband put it in the fridge and I tried it Saturday and it was great. I really think the cake could stand alone as a bread-type thing (it's that good!.

    It takes a bit of time in the kitchen but it is worth it.

    I received my copy of Food Network Magazine, and this recipe was in it. Well I made it and it was an instant hit with my family. So much so, that today is Mother's Day, and guess what! I am making this cake again for desert. Who needs to go out for agreat dessert. Just remember to put in fridge due to the cream cheese frosting. This is a ten star cake in my home.
