GREAT! Once the ice cream sandwiches are assembled by myself or guests, I roll the ice cream edges in chocolate sprinkles, mini chocolate chips, colorful nonpareils, or chopped nuts. A dusting of confectioner's sugar is a the perfect garnish. I usually have 4 or 5 different ice cream flavors to choose from, and kids and adults alike love this dessert because it's fun and delicious.

So simple to make! Except, I had a different take. My wafflewiches were on steroids. I made these with my cousins and they couldn't get enough! We toasted the waffles, then placed Birthday Cake ice cream and topped off with another toasted waffle. But that's not all my friends. We then topped the waffles with confectioners sugar, whipped cream, hot fudge, caramel sauce, sprinkles and how could I forget the cherry on top?? You want a fun and delicious way to get kids in on the fun, this is it!
