Omit the egg and use Special Dark Coaoa and you have a great brownie in a cup.

I wanted cake for a chocolate fondue for 2 in a pinch. I didn't want to dip chocolate cake so I halved the ingredients and omitted the coco powder. I added 2 TBSP of peanut butter to one half, and about 1/8 cup coconut cream instead of milk in the other half and a bit more flour, "baked" them in ramekins and they turned out fabulous! I will make this again as it's just perfect for a couples dessert!

    GREAT TO MAKE WITH KIDS!!!
What a great recipe to make with kids! I am a Girl Scout leader and I made this desert with my girls at a meeting to fulfill a requirement. The recipe allowed me to teach them how to measure both liquids and solids. The great thing was that they all made their own individual cake and they were fast! We added chocolate chips for extra fun and sweetness, put the hot steaming cake over vanilla ice cream! Extremely yummy and fun!
