My favorite grilled cheese ever! The first time I made it I couldn't find Irish cheddar so I used white cheddar and it was still delicious. The Irish cheddar makes it even better though. Great for St. Patrick's Day.

I love this recipe. I've fixed it twice now and it makes my mouth water.

Just made this for my family and they loved it. Said it was the best grilled cheese they've ever had. Happy St. Patrick's Day everyone!
