I was in the hospital when I watched this show, not allowed to eat anything. I couldn't wait to get home to make the entire meal. This was the best meatballs I have ever had in my life!!!!! Just to make sure it wasn't due to the fact that I wanted them because I couldn't have them, I have made them weekly since seeing the show at the beginning of December. My family looks forward to meatball and spagetti night as they all have fallen in love with them as I have. Wonderful recipe, thanks a bunch!!!

My mouth was watering while Tyler was making this recipe...I just had to try it! The different meats give these meatballs such immense flavor that I'll never eat regular meatballs again. They're great in spaghetti or as a meatball sub!

These were easy to make (I never thought I could do it. They tasted wonderful. A cooking friend of mine who loves meatballs said these were the best she ever ate. I agreed. Will make again and again. (Picky kids loved them too.

It was hard to mess this one up. Great recipe. My 4 year old is quite a picky eater but she loved these. I used dryed parsley and came out great none the less. I am gonna make them again tonight and use fresh parsley.

I could not believe all the 5 stars this recipe recieved so I tried it myself - it is truly very good. I hadn't made meatballs before so I can't compare to anything else, but these were so simple and forgiving too. I estimated on the bread crumbs, gave a little extra cheese and mistakenly added 2 whole eggs vs the 1 beaten egg. And still the final product was a very light and delicious meatball.

Hands down the easiest, best tasting recipe ever. I used my canned roma tomatoes for this recipe and it made it even better. We ate this for 3 days and nights. Not because we had to, because we wanted to. Thanks for an easy week of meal planning!!!
