I thought this recipe was great. The meatballs were very tasty but the only thing I had a problem with was that they were very mushy even after chilling them for a few hours. Did anyone else have this problem? Other than that I would make them again.

We couldn't find ground veal here; so used 1 lb ground pork and 1/2 lb ground beef. These made wonderful meatballs. We made them along with the quick marinara sauce from the same show (How to Boil Water.
