My favorite Italian sub!!!. Never had Mortedlla. It taste different than it looks. Very good!!. Most people in my area have never heard of it. A must for this sub. Always enjoy pepperoncini on ham sandwiches.

These were great and tasted like a genuine Italian sub! The only things we did differently were to mix the oil, vinegar and oregano together and then brush on where instructed. Red onion works great and we chopped the pepperoncini to spread it more evenly on the sandwich.

This tasted like somthing you get at a sandwich shop! We loved them and the only thing I changed was I used a brush to brush the oil and vinegar on.

My family loves Italian subs. The secret is to use good bread and quality cold cuts. Very filling and makes a quick, flavorful meal.

Very good sandwich, allow it to sit overnight in the fridge and even more flavorful the next day. I only recommend that you mix the oil/vinegar/oregano together and then drizzle on the sandwich as directed. I did not do this on the bottom half and the red wine vinegar was very strong. I did mix it for the top half and it blended together perfectly.
