Way good! The chicken came out very juicy and the skin was nice and crispy with the delicious seasoning. May put some seasoning under the skin next time for a little added oomph and to spread it throughout the chicken.

Save the rum for drinking.
Not much flavor considreing all the ingredents that went in to it.
I cooked it the beer can chicken way, it came out nice and moist but the jerk flavor just wasent there.
