The FN kitchens nailed the flavors of this stuffed shrimp. I bought 8 colossal shrimp and followed the recipe to its direct specifications - Wow, great flavor. The cilantro is evident yet not overpowering. I thought the lime marinade was a great addition, however, I would recommend more time than 30 minutes, perhaps and an hour for the flavor to meld and soak the shrimp. I did kick up the garlic by 1 clove and added another scallion. I agree with keeping the shrimp shells in tact as suggested. I plated two servings of shrimp over 1/2 cup cooked rice to add to the appetizer.

I accidentally mixed all the ingredients instead of stuffing the shrimp but it didn't matter-you can't mess it up! It was delicious and I'd make again soon.

This is one of the best recipes I've ever gotten off of this site. I love spice and cilantro, so this was truly a great recipe. I doubled the recipe and the amount of shrimp and of course for spice, added more jalapeno. It was perfect. I made couscous as a side and mixed some of the left over cilantro mixture with it. It was a perfect pairing. Don't forget to save some lime juice to top it all off with on the plate. The family loved it and complimented my skills. Time saver hint: you can purchase the shrimp already back split and cleaned.

This is the shrip recipe that I always come back to when paring it with steak. The shrimp is cooked perfectly and has a nice smokey flavor from the grill. I didnt find it to be too spicy with the jalipino. My 12 year old son LOVES it!

I was very worried about the stuffing falling out on the grill. I left the shells on, definitely the trick to keeping the shrimp moist. AND the stuffing stayed put.... I had to remind myself not to overstuff. Once you get the appropriate amount in there, it doesn't go anywhere. I also skewered the shrimp on regular bamboo skewers to make grilling easier... again wonderful recipe!

I thought that with all the ingredients, this would have had more flavor than it did. Maybe adding more jalepeno would help. I also couldn't get the filling to stick like I would have wanted.

This was much enjoyed at an "appetizer party". I did not stuff the shrimp, but rather, slathered it with the cilantro-jalepeno past and grilled it like that -- turned out very good, but I would have liked a little more zip to it -- perhaps more jalepeno or hotter chiles.
