I thought that with all the ingredients, this would have had more flavor than it did. Maybe adding more jalepeno would help. I also couldn't get the filling to stick like I would have wanted.

This was much enjoyed at an "appetizer party". I did not stuff the shrimp, but rather, slathered it with the cilantro-jalepeno past and grilled it like that -- turned out very good, but I would have liked a little more zip to it -- perhaps more jalepeno or hotter chiles.

Make extra "sauce" stir it into rice for an extra kick of flavor. You won't be sorry.

This one's a keeper! This was some of the best shrimp I have ever eaten and it was easy to prepare.

I can't believe these were so good for how easy they were. I did cut the oil in half to make them more figure friendly and didn't miss it. I also took a spare green onion and used strips of it to tie around the shrimp to keep the stuffing in!

Bestest shrimp I have had the opportunity to make...Yet! I read the reviews beforehand and chose to include cream cheese, which is my go to when trying to make a recipe even better, and I have to say that it was a little much. Maybe if i served them over pasta, but as a stand alone, I would keep this with the simple cilantro, jalapeno pesto as the filling.
Oh, and keeping them in the shell wasn't such a hassle. You lazy eater's.

Everything is put together in no time... Practically effortless... the flavors were awesome! everyone loved it! Do follow the instructions when they say 30 min.. because anymore the lime juice starts "cooking" the shrimp.. not pretty...

I made these shrimp for dinner tonight and they were by far the best I've probably ever made on the grill. I was a little skeptical about the marinade, but it was fantastic. I only marinated the shrimp for 15 min and it was still awesome. I will definately be making these again, not only for dinner, but also as great appetizers on skewers. Great recipe!!

This was fantastic, albeit messy. The sauce itself was so good, we used some grilled bread and just put it on top of that. The filling fell out of a few of them, but I stuffed it back in after. My DH didn't care for taking the shells off, but I do agree that it keeps them more moist, so maybe next time I'll take the shells of of his but leave a few of them on for others.

We will use this cilantro sauce on top of chicken, fish, maybe even steak!

Fantastic recipe and extremely easy. I used the Jumbo to make sure they wouldn't fall through the grate. Only stuffed 1/2 for some of the crowd and kids. We ate all the stuffed ones so put leftover stuffing (fresh on the plain ones and that was yummy also. We had these last weekend and will be having them again for the 4th of July.
