I was a little worried at first because I tried the lime marinade before I put the shrimp in it, and it just didn't taste that great... but I forgot how sweet shrimp are naturally and the bitter/sour taste of the marinade was an awesome compliment. I made the stuffing a little spicer and it was excellent. I also couldnt' find the jumbo shrimp - so I had to use tiger shrimp... will look harder for them next time.

Oh, and slicing the shrimp with the shell on was a little tricky. Be careful not to cut yourself...

I added cream cheese to the stuffing and it was spectacular! Worth all the time of stuffing the shrimp.

Served this as an appetizer...and it should have been my main course. It didn't last long!

I made this dish for the first time whilst entertaining out-of-country guests. Man, was this an easy and awesome dish. Made the US look like a bunch of gourmet chefs! Love it! Love it! Will definitely add this to my regular rotation.

This is the best ever grilled shrimp I have ever had. The stuffing is the bomb. I have turned so many of our friends on to this recipie, and best of all it really is easy and fun.

This was a great recipe. It was first time grilling with family and it was great. You may need more cook time to cook the center, probably about 5 minutes. I recommend you eat this daily.

We had a dinner party this past weekend and these were a HUGE success. I made the mixture and marinade the night before so the flavors could blend. Very easy, beautiful dish! Can't wait to make these again. Yummmmm!!

I prepared this dish for my mother's birthaday and i made about 40 shrimps.
They were all gone in about 10 minutes.
I got a lot of compliments about this dish.
Thank you Food Network. It made me look good.
