I made this recipe this weekend and my husband and I loved it. It was wonderful. I highly recommend this to anyone who likes shrimp. It was moist and very tasty. Will make this again for sure.

This is fantastic! I used 16-20 ct. shrimp because I couldn't find the jumbo and it still turned out great. It truly is very easy. My husband was impressed how "pretty" it looked on the plate. I served it with angel pasta and sauted zucchini.
