These are usually scrumptious BUT the addition of the garlic chips took them to quite another level! Delicious. Make lots and lots because you just can't eating them!

After following the recipe to a "T" the Kale Chips Started to burn (at around minute 8, and set off my fire alarm. The temperature was spot on too (I have a brand new oven thermometer.
To say that I was disappointed would be an understatement.

I am experimenting with kale. so after throwing it in with smothered cabbage and using it as a wrap for salmon salad, I m browsing around and run across "kale" chips.....so I think what the hell! simple, 5 ingredients. Wow! what a surprise! Very tasty! I tossed the kale in a bowl with olive oil and garlic, then laid it out and salt and peppered it on the pan. Scraped garlic back into pan. Note. oversize the "chip" sizes as they shrink. I used coarse sea salt. Great way to get "tame" some kale!
