Key Lime Pie Dip

This fun dessert dip tastes just like the tangy, summery pie. Use graham crackers as dippers for a familiar finishing touch.

Ingredients
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • Zest from 2 limes and juice from 3 (about 1/4 cup), plus slices for garnish
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup cold heavy cream
  • Crushed graham crackers, for garnish
  • Suggested dippers: graham crackers, pretzels, coconut cookies, mango spears
Directions
  • Combine the cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, lime zest and juice and salt in a large bowl. Beat with an electric mixer on medium-high speed until smooth. Add the heavy cream and whip until thick and fluffy. Transfer to a dip bowl and garnish with crushed graham crackers and lime slices. Serve with dippers.
