Kombucha-cha-cha

Kombucha (sweet-sour fermented tea) gets a boost of sweetness from tropical coconut rum. We loved this with bottled passion fruit-flavored[ kombucha, but feel free to use your own brew.]

Ingredients
  • 3 ounces passion fruit-flavored kombucha
  • 2 ounces coconut rum
  • Lime wedge, for garnish
Directions

Pour the kombucha and rum into a rocks glass filled with ice. Stir gently to combine. Serve garnished with a lime wedge.
