    I love this recipe! We added extra mushrooms and water chestnuts. This is now something we make fairly regularly and it is always delicious!

    This was delicious, although next time I cook it, I will use chicken. I ommited the mushrooms because we just don't like them. The flavor of the sauce with the noodles was so tasty.

    Love, Love, Love this dish! It is the one of the tastiest noodle dishes I have had in a long time. And the serving size is perfect for the two of us to have for dinner and at least 2 more meals.

    WOW! The best version of homemade "ramen noodles" I've ever dreamed of. Coming up for the autumn/winter, will add broth for a soupy version!

    We loved this meal! I used soba instead of cellophane noodles and it worked fine. My husband has already requested that I make this again soon!

    So wonderfully good and tasty!!!! However, i have strict dietary restrictions so i used chkn instead of beef, celery instead of onion, and grated ginger instead of garlic. My husband and i fell in love with this dish. It's a must-have for sure!!!! We found the recipe in the Food Network Magazine July 2012.... this magazine subscription has proven to be a great buy. there are lots of great recipes on this website but the magazine helps find some the best, i think
