Extraordinary!!! After my first taste of a Lasagna Bolognese I knew I had to make it. After looking at several recipes I decided on this one. I was definitely not disappointed. There are a few more steps that with a regular lasagna but it's well worth it. I served this to a group of foodies. They quickly forgot about the other dishes on the table. The nutmeg adds a dimension that I never imagined in a lasagna. Looking forward to making this again!!

Made this for Christmas dinner with the in-laws. The only thing I did was differently was cut all ingredients by about 1/3. I still had some sauce left over but I was able to fit everything else into one standard lasagna pan. Excellent flavor!!! My favorite lasagna that I've made by far.

OMG!!! This turned out SO good!! My hubby always orders the Lasagna Bolognese at our favorite Italian restaurant. My whole family raved about this the whole time we were eating it. I for sure takes time to cook but WOW is it good.. SO SO SO GOOD!!! This will for sure be my go to lasagna recipe even though it is so time consuming..

I made this for a dinner party and everyone loved it. I'll make it again but still love a traditional lasagne as well.

Already made it twice! First with my mother. Pretty extensive recipe. Totally worth the effort. I now prefer all lasagnas with a bechamel as opposed to ricotta. The sauce was fantastic and really complementary with the creaminess of the bechamel. This recipe yielded enough ingredients for my 10x13 baking dish as well as a 9x9 square baking dish. I gave the mini lasagna to a friend who became the envy of his office for a week with those leftovers.

Had wonderful flavor but the texture was lacking. I made it again only this time becuase I was using the "Fresh pasta sheets" I did NOT boil them as they DO NOT need to be boiled giving
the lasagne a nice firm texture. Also, I prepared it exactly as directed, only this time I placed
the lasagne into the refer overnight, took it out 2 hours before baking it and then this recipe was
a five (5 star +

Taste sooo good! My husband liked it and he hates mushrooms. He doesn't know they are in there. Just a ton of work to make.
