The ragu is amazing!! I actually have not made the lasagna but I read the recipe for the ragu and had to try it - it did not disappoint!! Had a lot of leftovers gave some to my parents and they loved it. My mother begged me for the recipe! Great thing to make on a lazy sunday afternoon with a loaf of bread to dip into the sauce :

Made this yesterday for dinner, a lot of work. But, it was well worth the work. This was the BEST sauce I have ever had. I caught my husband in the kitchen dipping bread into the pot. Outstanding.

The best lasagna ever. Made it for my husband and he fell in love with it. I then made it for a dinner party and got raves for it. It does take time but I now make the ragu the day before and the rest is simple. this will be my only lasagna recipe from now on.

Made this recipe for the Daytona 500 get together. Very time consuming but sooo worth it. I've never tasted a better lasagna. My husband is not a leftover eater and not one piece of this went to waste. This will become a favorite in our house.

This recipe is absolutely amazing. It's definitely a labor of love because it does take some time but it's worth the effort. It is the best lasagna I've ever had...the bechemel and bolognese together are so rich and creamy...and I have some bolognese left over that will be awesome with some pasta or over polenta. I will be making this again for sure...my husband will make sure of that!

This was hands down the best lasagna recipe that I have made. Worth the time and love that I put into it for my valentine. I made the sauces for this a day ahead. Then on Saturday I reheated the bolognese and bechamel and assembled with Barrilla's no boil noodles. It came out beautifully.

OMG - This one is a "keeper". My husband said this is going in the "request for birthday dinner" file.
Took the better part of an entire Saturday - but I love to spend my weekends being adventurous in the kitchen. This is a great alternative lasagne for those who are not fond of the "curdy" ricotta/egg filling most lasagnes have - like my husband.
THe bechamel mixed in with the mozz and parm beautifully - creating a creamy layer (especially right beneath the crunch top of browned parm/mozz.
I think the part my hubby loved most was the bolognese. It is his favorite pasta sauce. Brings lasagne to another whole level. Extremely deep flavors and rich texture.
thanks for this one - I'll gladly spend another Saturday with this recipe!
